I got the Semroc Aerobee-Hi from him just recently. Matter of fact, I won it on Sept. 7 and the kit arrived TODAY, Sept. 10! Very, very fast shipping, well packed, and the kit was mint.

Here’s his current list: https://www.ebay.com/sch/harsas/m.h...=p2047675.l2562

Thanks again Earl. Very kind words indeed. To be honest, you got luck with the shipping time, given the post office's track record these days. Enjoy the kit.

Oh, and I will get that commission check out shortly...

For the Estes Alpha fans out there, this seller has 'water slide' decal sets of the more modern Alpha decor, in two different color variations. This the 'standard' Alpha decor, not the Alpha III.

I know the more recent Alpha decals are peel and stick variety, but not sure when they changed to that from water slide.

Here's a link to one of the sets: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Estes-Alph...AAOSwBANfWx0 L

They have them in red & blue and red & black. Two sheets for $10.

They went peel-n-stick near the beginning of the "Beta" series nomenclature, which happened about the same time as kit manufacturing went to China, circa 2001/2002. The Alpha instructions dated 11/00 still refer to waterslide decals. The next version I've been able to find an example of, dated 6/04, has the stick-on variety.

Thanks for the link.

That's not a bad deal. I like the Estes logo with the matching blue and red. Pretty cool.

This sounds correct.

I don’t know how good the final ‘deals’ may be on these, but it is a nice series of very early 70s Estes kits this eBay seller listed last night.

A few are some not seen listed too very often, like the Sprite; the Goblin when it was still just a ‘bonus’ kit; and an early Interceptor. I think most kits are still sealed and all look to be in pretty good condition.

Link to the listings: https://www.ebay.com/sch/sting39t/m...=p2047675.l2562

Not my listings nor do I know the lister.

The goblin face card is cut in half,, most of these are junk and opened,, you cannot see the missingHang Tags ! I sold a sprite like this, which is the only kit that looks ok, but even it us dirty. Be careful please ! I’m advising, not criticizing....

Hmmm.... I see yellow hang tags on most of the kits. And I think the Goblin face card/instructions is just folded in half. The seller would probably post more photos, if you need them.

The Rigel 3 that just sold on ebay went for over $200 including shipping which is ridiculous.
Was interested, but NOWHERE near that price.

Did get a vintage Space Transporter America for a decent price of $75.
That one was only produced two years.

I remember the Space Trasporter America that was listed. You must have been the only bidder, right? I thought that one might go for some decent coin too but apparently not. Not to say that $75 is cheap, just thought it might go for a decent amount more, seeing as that kit does not show up too very often.
