That’s really good! Is that a decal or paint?

LOL! Neither. I found a picture on the internet, saved it, scaled it down until it looked just about right, then printed it out on office paper. Printer only prints gray scale but I think it went good with the scheme. Here's the original......

Rocket complete. A8-0 motors still in Missouri (since March 29th...thank you USPS). Hopefully the weather will be nice that the club launch this Saturday isn't scrubbed again....

Don, looks great! Now I am rethinking the color scheme on mine.

Launched the Tiger Shark today at the local club launch.....Boosted on a B6-0 with an A8-5 in sustainer.

My spotter chose to watch the upper stage as I watched the booster.

Fantastically straight boost.

The booster stage just tumbled but it was neat to watch...like a spinning wheel. Rotation along the axis of the body tube.

Spotter lost the sustainer after the tracking smoke. 30" orange streamer and no one saw it. Never found it. We found a guy's rocket that we also lost track on while looking for mine. So, figured mine was in the same area. No joy. Just gonna have to enjoy this picture of it sitting on the pad......

Don, did you balance the booster per the instructions? Mine built in the 60s glided very well. But, I apparently was a child prodigy for gliding rockets. My Astron Invader glided in nice circles around the pad. An adult clone using my childhood patterns and instruction lead to a Power Prang on first flight.

Yeah, I did some trimming but never got a respectful glide. Ended up setting the motor block about 1/8th" inside the booster. Figured worst come to worst, I get a respectful tumble out of it. But never expected the type of tumble I got....turning like a wagon wheel with the BT as the axle. Really great to watch.
