Default Small R/C rocket gliders using D2.3 longburn motors

I designed these two, one a low wing delta with a small amount of dihedral and the other an XB-70-ish design with a high delta wing, both are 24" long, 15" wingspan, bt-60 based using standard 8 gram rx and 8 gram servos, weight with D2.3T loaded is right at 5 oz

They really boost nicely and glide reasonably well as sport flyers that look like a rocket plane.

They are scale downs of two of my larger E-6 based kits.

I would like your Colonial Viper gliders (both sizes) if they had the proper Anhedral to the wings.
Flat (horizontal) just plain doesn't look right.

Yes, there is such a thing as NORMAL
, if you have to ask what is "NORMAL" , you probably aren't !

Failure may not be an OPTION, but it is ALWAYS a POSSIBILITY.
ALL systems are GO for MAYHEM, CHAOS, and HAVOC !

I understand, it's a tradeoff between strength of the wing and stability and landing damage.
With the "proper" anhedral with the oversize wings you would be landing on the wing tips and they wouldn't last long on my fabric covered club runway. When you are at 400' underneath the model flying it, you can't see if there is anhedral or not.

Here is one as an ultra slow flyer that does fly ok, but you can see it is pretty roll sensitive, looks like it wants to over roll.

I believe it is based on this plan set on a profile, his wings are oversized and I absolutely hate the new viper style, but you could easily take it and modify the shape is you wanted to.
