Actually I negotiated with Randy to buy as many as he could with the existing parts stock so he could start fresh in a couple years after focusing on actually profitable products. By buying a whole bunch all at once and having a multiyear exclusive he is relieved from a super labor intensive kit and I get to be the guy that keeps the price down to "normal" despite auction sites on OOP products.

I hear sometime later in the year 2020 Estes may offer a version of their own Saturn 1B. I have spoken to lots of folks that for whatever reason prefer the Semroc version. I have them. At least for another year.

I get lots of really nice thank you notes on this one. People love the kit.
