I can not speak directly for Matt, but my understanding is he initially wanted to revise North Coast with a standard tube and cone size, 2.6", to reduce having to purchase and store a multitude of parts.
Since then he has added some other tubes and will eventually release updated NCR kits based on 4" tubes, most likely starting with the Phantom 4000 and Archer. It is still basically a one person operation and Matt has been busy traveling with his day job - selling real solid rocket motors.

Thanks, Chas, for chiming in…I was hoping you would do so but did not want to put you on the spot by invoking you by name.

It is good to know that Matt may, eventually, be able to re-introduce some of the older NCR kit designs. As a past ‘one man band’ rocketry-related company myself, I know just how taxing it can be to run a company like that as a sideline business on top of one’s primary occupation. It can be exhausting at times.

I'd like to clone this beast. Any chance for tube IDs and lengths?
I can probably find a plastic NC, as the main BT is a 4 inch diameter one. Don't know how long it is, though.
Fin dimensions would be nice as well!
TIA!

Really sharp model, I've never seen one of those built. Finishing looks like it'll be a challenge! And yes, if NCR ever chooses to rekit those, I'll stand in line.
