Good luck finding original ones outside a complete kit.
I don't think they were ever offered as "parts".

Good luck with that. When a derelict Pershing 1A kit arrived unannounced on my doorstep a few years ago, I took it as an opportunity to draw and cut some balsa and ply alternatives to the original vac form fin parts. You can read about that process here:

A PDF of the file is attached to that page. If you have access to a laser cutter you can cut your own set from that file. The final result will be far better than the original vacform fins.

I would skip the crummy vac u suck ones and order a set of 3D printed ones from Boyce.

I suggest getting the dimensions from someone here and doing 'built up' fins with a basswood frame and card stock skin.

+1 for ordering the Boyce fins.
The original Vac-form fins are really lousy.

I ordered 3D printed fins for the Estes Maxi Honest John last year, to replace the "sucky/crummy/flimsy vacuformed fins" from Boyce Aerospace.

Great quality, required minimal sanding, fit perfectly.
