Default KosRox 1/70 Saturn 1B PDF Plans Copy

These use to be posted on the old KosRox website many, many moons ago. Not sure if anyone has posted them before, so here they are.

The instructions or plans are nice because they also use pictures in telling you what to do.

Enjoy!

I still have one of these Kosrox Saturn IB kits in the attic.

Someday...

I hear you. I had one up to a few months ago myself, sold it on e-bay

I've gotten together some 3D stuff to buld two 1/100 Saturn 1B's. One is Boyce Aerospace's newest model, just add your on tubes and the other is a combination of Shapeway Fin Can, Graff wraps and Boyce Aerospace Apollo Nose Cone set alone with the proper tubes.

Got the parts together about a few months ago, haven't started the builds yet.

Also have Boyce Aerospace 1/100 Saturn 1 - SA 5 and SA7 to build. I did cut the tubes for these kits, need to sand 3d parts and paint.

I put together 2 (I think) complete Kosrox Saturn 1B kits a few years ago with the Apogee nose cones.

That was years before the SEMROC kits came out.

I still have them if anyone is interested.

I built one about 12 years ago or so, and have flown it 3 times. I have another complete kit, as well as a "tube set" that KOSROX also offered.

You have Kosrox Sat 1B kits for sale? What's the price?

Here is my totally scratch built 1/70 Saturn 1B before KosRox came out with theirs. I built mine based partly on JimZ Estes Plans and some ideas of my own. I used Totally Tubular tubes for construction. I used a BT60 for the the main core tube and increased it's size for the eight fuel tanks. Also used 1/4" double sided foam board for the centering rings. Easy to cut, very strong and light. Added the Apogee capsule later

It's since be sold on ebay a coarse.
