Happy Thanksgiving 2009
Happy Thanksgiving to all!
I am thankful that we live in a country with very competent medical personnel. Last night my 5 year-old son had his hand slammed in the sliding door of the van. Thankfully we were shopping close to where an emergency room was. After a few hours, he was back home with no broken bones and a badly bruised hand, and best of all he wasn't crying any longer. I am sure the medical staff would have preferred to be at home, but I am so thankful that they were there. God is good. Greg Last edited by GregGleason : 11-26-2009 at 08:56 PM. |

Glad to hear he came through ok .
Happy Thanksgiving to all here on YORF... due to our own family thanksgiving dinner being postponed due to sunday, I spent all morning gluing lugs and miscellaneous items on unfinished projects ( pics when done ) also, a speacial shout out to our servicemen and others who could not be with family for the holiday. ( having just broke up with my g/f, I know the alone feelings, not complaining, just makes you stop n take notice, feel for others ) . here's a big raised turkey leg to all who served. ( and all felow YORF members, too ~ AL |
