Default Starlight, Sprite, Athena, Orion

We are anticipating the final parts we have been waiting for for several months to release or increase production of:

Orion 3" 99.95
Athena 3" $119.95
Sprite 4" ring $39.95
Sprite 6" ring $59.95
Starlight 2.7 $99.95 (price will be increased in 2020)
Trident 2.25" $129.95
Alpha 12" $799.95

$12 flat per order or shipment, except Alpha12 actual or freight.

Starting 12-19 (christmas season end) we will be adjusting our shipping costs up to more closely match actual cost. We are currently using 1992 pricing.

U.S. Rockets allows you to place an order by email with your shipping address and a promise to pay. You can pay by Paypal of course, and after receiving it, or being confident you will, can pay by "friends and family" to eliminate fees and forsake their guarantee program. You can pay by check as well. We trust our customers.

These products do not have a promised ship date but you will be informed what to generally expect on order, and an update as we do the kit productions. If you want kits shipped on an as available basis separately, separate shipping charges will apply.

Do you have any pictures or a graphic of both versions of the Sprite?

Not yet. We will be using the actual final parts to take photos of the parts in the product, and photos of the package similar to this for Trident 2.25.

http://v-serv.com/usr/kits/trident_2.25.htm

In preparing these kits I also noticed several dead links on their respective product pages that already exist. Especially Sprite.

I will make a point to post some of those images to this thread for early release. Thanks.

Once you are shipping the 3" Athena, I will order one from you.

The Starlight and Trident look great, hope they're available soon! For the Orion and Athena, do you provide wraps for the details?

They can be shipped Monday. Just send an email with your address and a list of the kits you want.

The wraps are high resolution flat copies of the vacuform wraps. Given the larger scale that was the best I could do without access to vacuform. I think a printed plastic part may be practical some day soon. I don't know of any CAD files of the original Centuri or Enerjet wraps that could be scaled accordingly.

I hope to have initial photographs of the Athena 3 and Orion 3 kit parts next week. I will post them here first before the website is done.

I ordered several USR kits yesterday and they arrived today! I am also in Southern California but that is very fast shipping. The Starlight is a beautiful kit and big! 2.7" main tube diameter, total height of 48" and about 24" fin span. All very high quality parts & well cut, beefy tubes, 1/4" light plywood fins (5 layer ply) (8 fins!). It has a 38mm mmt and includes an adapter to fly 29mm motors. The big ring fins are 6" diameter. Looks like it will be a lot of fun to build & fly.
