Default HELP on the Classics

Thanks Barone!

I am sorry it has taken so long to respond. We did get your kit that you sent. I looked at it a lot, but did not open it. I will return it this week.

For those not knowing what I am talking about! On the Classics pages, there is a button beside many of the kits marked "HELP". That is there to encourage people to send scans to LTVScout for kits that do not have any known online documentation. Don sent a RTF Minuteman kit since there are no instructions to scan.

Thanks to all for helping get the database of the first 40 years of model rockets updated. Don, you went beyond the call!

I think that's like the thousandth time he's done that.

At work we used to have something called "Wow" cards. Any employee could give one to anyone else at any time for anything they thought was exceptional behavior. All you had to do was call a supervisor and say, "I want to give .... a "Wow" card." The cards weren't worth much, just $1 at our in-house gift store and coffee shop. But it was the point that somebody noticed something you did and made note of it that was cool. I thought it was one of the smartest programs my employer had, a remarkably cheap way to bolster morale and teamwork. So of course they axed it in the latest round of cost cutting.

But if model rocketry had "Wow" cards, Don would have a stack of them almost to the ceiling. Thanks for letting us know about this latest episode, Carl.

WOW!!!!!!!

Carl, the last thing I ever expected was getting the rocket back. My intent was to make it available to you to make available to others. I hope you were able to get what you needed from it. Never would I have dreamt it would be returned with the "Wow cards" you included. I truly regretted not being able to attend NARAM 50, one of the reasons being missing out on the Scout tubes. Thank you sooooo much! And, in addition, I have a little something to get signed next time I run into you at a launch. Thanks you for that as well.
