Default Styrafoam cup glider

There is a technique that I would like to bring back from extinction. I remember this from 45 years ago, restaurants were printing on the drink cups a glider that you could cut out 2 wings and then use a separate plastic clip to make a hand tossed glider. It seems to me that it might make a decent boost glider design. I have been unable to even find the concept anywhere documented on the web. Any other old times that remember seeing this back in the day?

I have been digging, unsuccessfully, for any data to help you out.

I thought he meant to add popsicle sticks to a foam coffee cup.

No, popsicle sticks in the sides. To make it look like an X-24 rocket.
