Default Wanted: Scans and plans for the Hawks Hobby Super Sprite

I've been thinking about trying one of these freehand, but I thought I'd check to see if anyone has anything that would make it a little easier. The Goonyness of the project appeals to me, as well as the idea of working with parts that I don't have to handle with tweezers.

I have the manual. Attached are pics of each page. I don't have a need for it so if you'd like the manual, I can mail it to you. I'd be interested in any clones made since mine suffered a failed ejection and came in ballistic.

I don't see a list of recommended engines anywhere on the docs.

Yes, there is such a thing as NORMAL
, if you have to ask what is "NORMAL" , you probably aren't !

Failure may not be an OPTION, but it is ALWAYS a POSSIBILITY.
ALL systems are GO for MAYHEM, CHAOS, and HAVOC !

You're right, I don't see one either. It was 24mm MMT and I seem to remember it being acceptable on a D12-3, marginal on an E9-4 and really nice on an E30

Mine flies fine on the E9-4.

We used small cards in the kits.
The Sprite used D12-5 and E9-6.

If you built it heavy or the wind speed was high then
I would go to the D12-3 or E9-4.
