This is my Odyssey clone made from a dark energy kit. Great flights on a C6-5.
My brother-in-law knelt on it during the group shot and snapped off a fin.

Great flights from the Solar Sailer on C6 power. It came in perfectly horizontal and spinning.
Would have liked video of that, it was so unusual to see.

The question mark of the day was my BT-60 Blue Bird Zero.
I chose an E9 motor, the last of a 3 pack that destroyed my 1291 Maxi Alpha in a cato 10 years ago.
That one had the spectators running for cover.
I figured the BBZ was due for a refit anyway so I would chance it.
Turned out to be a super flight and recovery. Go figure.

Another great performer was my 2X Javelin.
Three perfect flights with E12 power.

The finale of the day was my Semroc Ranger on a trio of C6's.
Always a crowd pleaser, it turned in a perfect flight.

Lee - Thanks for the tip. I will get some of those chutes and give them a try.

GH - They were all E12 motors.

That's a really nice looking Ranger.
I think I have more cluster flights on my Ranger than any other cluster rocket.

Excellent! Looks like you had a great day. The Maxi Alpha CATO was a bummer, but that eruption shot is fantastic. I unfortunately seem to CATO a lot, but I'm getting better at the "just keep shooting" part of camera work. You did a great job.

Yes, nice writeup and great camera shots! Nice shallow depth of field on a number of the shots, too. Are these stills or frame grabs from video?

On the Maxi Alpha cato, it looks as though you got almost full deployment of the chute, and the rocket didn't even clear the rod! There's gotta be bonus points for that!!
