Yes, Estes does have many plans online. But, you will find that the plan scans found on YORP www.oldrocketplans.com and the plans on JimZ www.dars.org/jimz/rp00.htm are of a much higher quality, and include template and decal scans as well. I'm almost positive that between our two sites we have every rocket plan that Estes has listed, plus many, many more.
