Which appears to be the same dimension as the C-188 coupler tubing Balsa Machining has listed on their website. BMS has 34” lengths of BT-65/C-188 as well as 4” couplers. Estes seems to be serious about making the Green Eggs and Olympus distinct from the rest of their kits.

PST-65 existed in the Estes inventory far before any Ace ANYTHING existed.

Yes, there is such a thing as NORMAL
, if you have to ask what is "NORMAL" , you probably aren't !

Failure may not be an OPTION, but it is ALWAYS a POSSIBILITY.
ALL systems are GO for MAYHEM, CHAOS, TURMOIL, FIASCOS, and HAVOC !

Went to my local Hobby Lobby today to pick up the Olympus.
They didn't have it yet.
Picked up some E12-4s and also some B4-4s to convert to B14-4s.

Another Hobby Lobby exclusive has surfaced - the Vapor. Posted by an Estes FB fan page member. 24mm powered, BT-60, 45” long with two sets of decals - one for each face card scheme. I asked the original poster if the decals are water slide or peel and stick but he hadn’t opened the package so didn’t know.

With this, ESAM, and the Olympus I guess HL thinks size matters

They should be water slide.

Seriously, would you not buy a rocket because you didn't like the decal?

I always avoided "The Launch Pad" kits due to the LACK OF DECALS and cruddy balsa quality.
Yes, decals are important to some of us.

A BT-60-based 24mm motor model. Interesting.
