Hey, this has reminded me... I got the decals on the rocket, but I haven't gotten a picture yet. Next few days, I promise!

Excellent Max alternative!
And Red Maxes have square-edged fins, not rounded, so your treatment is faithful to the original. But I’m a bit biased ... here is my Der Saturn Max. Flew it’s maiden flight at NARAM last August. It was a big hit. With maybe the exception of Vern and a couple others.

Wow, Chris, where ya been? Seems like it has been a while since you posted here. I hope your time away has been ‘good’ time. I know from experience that ‘life happens’ and can make time on forums very limited and very unimportant by comparison. In any event, welcome back. Earl

Not yet. Soon, I hope. I lost my regular launch field, and while I've arranged a few launches here and there I haven't managed to find a regular place to fly. The days of sixteen flights in an afternoon have escaped me for the moment.

Don't worry about the time. I'm still not finished with my Skonk Wulf by Shrox....but I'm getting there! Looks great, rounded edges or not.
