No, this hasn't maidened yet.
When I became a BAR I was only able to find two RRR kits: this one and the Aggressor.
I REALLY wanted to find a Predator.
If you can find the time, maybe a build thread on the Stratos?
Laters.

No, the two I'm talking about are about 1/8" wide, 2.5" long and solid black.
Good idea on the build thread. Found the kit. Heading down to find the instructions.

Then I have no idea on the stripes. If you or anyone finds an unbuilt Predator please send me a scan of the fins and decals. I would really like to clone that one.
Looking forward to the build thread.

Nice looking USS Prometheus models guys, very nice!
I forgot about about this Red River Rocketry kit.

Going through my old stuff I just found a receipt for a Merlin rocket that I purchased from RRR and built in 2008. It was a big rocket that reminded me somewhat of the Semroc SLS Hustler ... 2.25" on the bottom transitioned to 2.56" on the payload section. I should have saved that design in RockSim

I also had a P-Chuter and P-Chuter Xtreme.

John Dyer had some really unique kits especially his Futura designs like the USS Prometheus. I miss Red River Rocketry and wish I would have bought more of his kits.

Aah! The website is still up and working, but the contact button goes nowhere. I can't seem to find my Stratos instructions. Anyone have a set they could scan for me?

If it was talked about here in the past I don't recall. (Too lazy to do a search!) Does anyone know why John folded up shop?

Default Demise of Red River Rocketry

The "common knowledge/scuttlebutt" at the time was that the loss of SEMROC and Carl's pricing model to other vendors was too much of an economic impact to an aleady thin profit margin and more than one garage company closed up shop, including RRR.

That's just my recollection of the times; if anyone has a better memory or some documentation, please share.

I see John post from time to time on FaceBook --- maybe he can pop over here and confirm or deny.
