Sorry,, yes, it’s been flown. BTW, Crooked Fins can be straightened with a hair dryer.
No matter how old. These were shaped like an " X". Hot blow dryer and a small push, and they cooled perfectly in line.

This is a first. You can still see the print on the fin from the balsa stock.... Its visible on all four.

The fins are probably painted with Butyrate Dope . . .

That makes sense, as it Was brush painted and that was the type used at the time.

Pretty cool seeing the print. Wow those fins are in rough shape especially looking at the pic close-up!
