The swept fins from the Nike Fin pdf may just be drawn goofy to exaggerate the single-wedgeness.

It is hard to see but the real swept fins look as if they may have a double-wedge to them???
But if the pdf version of the fins looks better when drawn properly I would bet that these are in fact the same fins that we are looking for (apologies to Obi)

Do you have the document that the link is for?

I assume that drawing is the one from the "Standard Fins" document . . .

I found another drawing in a PDF file pertaining to the ARGO D-4 Javelin . . . ( below )

REMEMBER : This is for s 1/6 scale TEST MODEL . . . ( Dimensions in parentheses are CM, dimensions "in the open" are INCHES )

Chris,

I just got that, too . . . Apparently, the link was time-limited.

This will take you to a full copy of the PDF.

Looking closely at the TIF files, the fins do appear to have a double wedge airfoil.

Is it real or an effect of lighting ? Not sure.

This link takes you to the link to download the file.

https://books.google.com/books/abou...=d gBb8OY3jQAC

Hover over "READ EBOOK" in the RED rectangle and choose PDF to download.

Turns out I had that same report downloaded years ago.
A simple NASA doc search with TM-X-1152 works.
That one and a bunch of other wind tunnel models dealing with the Trailblazer's fin choices.
Too much data and not enough unpaid interns to organize my filing system!
Thanks Dave.

Chris,

Do you happen to have any data for the SUPER CHIEF II ?

I am, specifically, looking for data on the Interstage and the "surface details" of the Payload Section.

I have contacted John Brohm, without success.

Thanks !
