A company that takes money for a product that they then do not deliver is despicable.
Those in charge of such companies should ALWAYS be held CRIMINALLY liable in addition to Civil liabilities. Taking money for goods and not delivering them NO MATTER the circumstances, is THEFT, plain and simple. I consider this no better thn the street thug that robs liquor stores and gas stations.
Unfortunately most companies that do this milk their customers for all they are worth then shut down with zero left as identifyable assets.
I suspected all the attitude from the earlier posts from CJS/SHR several months back was defensiveness, which often indicates guilt.
No surprise to me based on the numerous comments; I'm glad I did not get taken.
Hopefully Red Arrow can turn out the kits, I'm sure without the attitude.

I`m glad RAH (Dave) is taking over ,things should be in very good hands.I inquired via e-mail about one of her kits ,then decided against it.She mailed me back and chewed me a new rectum.
I look forward to buying several of those kits.

Everything I have heard about her/her business over the last year has been ALL BAD.
That kook over promised and underdelivered to several customers, then when they complained and called her out she had the nerve to somehow blame the customers....get real little girl....Don't urinate in my ear then try to convince me it is raining.....
All indications show she was full of more BS than a stockyard during brandin' season.....

I have always tried to be quite diplomatic with regard to the issue of the failure to deliver my kit. However, after reading some of the comments about a year ago I became slightly more protective of my interests. I have the original PayPal payment memo, and the email chain regarding the ongoing delay and a promised ship date after parts had been delivered from a supplier. I think I have said previously that the total was $204.20 originally for the Atlas, and when that was not forthcoming, even an S1-B.

I think I know where Ms. Ward and family are located, and I definitely know where Red Arrow is located. If indeed the "rights" to produce have been granted then the assumption would be that either a license fee has been paid to CJS Aviation, or the company was purchased including all materials, documents, and IP. If the latter, then the liability comes with the purchase.

Not going to get all lawyered up just yet, but someone somewhere is going to talk to me about an unmet commitment to deliver.

Just talked to Dave (thanks for the order) He has done the first run of Little Joes. They are forsale but not on his website yet. He is hoping to get feedback from the first few kits incase they need changes in the instructions etc. Wow, making kits BEFORE selling them what a concept!!

True, but CJS Aviation was still accepting orders on their website until the unannounced sale to Red Arrow. Even the new Luftwaffe 46 Flying Saucer, and all the links to PayPal are still active. So I suppose technincally one could still order from More pics of sheri is you chose.

Unfortunately I think it means those folks are now even less likely to get any relief from her.

Ok, make that my A- list.....
